- Handling employment litigation across tribunals, civil courts, and appeal courts

- Advising on collective matters such as redundancies, restructuring, TUPE, and industrial relations

- Conducting investigations, including regulatory and internal reviews

- Assisting with strategic advisory projects, including compliance with legal developmentsnt

About You

- Extensive experience in employment law, ideally gained at a leading or recognised firm
