The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with Monster Energy Europe Limited to recruit a Planning Analyst for their EMEA Operations Planning Team!
The Planning Analyst is a key part of the EMEA Operations Planning team, supporting Demand and Supply Planning across daily, weekly, and S&OP cycles. This role combines strong analytical skills with planning expertise to deliver insights, improve decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across data, systems, and processes.

The Role:
- Support Demand and Supply Planning across multiple time horizons
- Analyse demand, supply, and inventory data to identify risks and opportunities
- Provide insights to support scenario planning and business decisions
- Extract, transform, and analyse data using SAP, Excel, Analysis for Office, and Power BI
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using SAP, Excel, and Power BI
- Deliver accurate, actionable reporting and ad-hoc analysis
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Maintain planning master data and resolve data quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across planning, analytics, and systems
About You:
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, complex formulas) and strong Power BI (data modelling, DAX) skills
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with large datasets and translating them into meaningful insights
- Experience working in cross-functional, international teams
- Experience building reports and working with large datasets
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
- Experience with SAP or similar planning tools is desirable
