We are looking for a Foreman to join our client who provide highway maintenance services across the UK and work within Lincolnshire and surrounding areas, you will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of site personnel and subcontractors, reporting of all relevant site activities, managing the quality of work performed, meeting specifications and ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to on site whilst maintaining outputs
Skills and Experience:
Must have worked in the highways industry (Civil Engineering)Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skillsPrevious knowledge of traditional construction activities is essentialProven ability to supervise construction subcontractors would be an assetStrong understanding and working knowledge of environmental management and quality systemsAbility to use own initiative and apply a deductive approach when maintaining productivity and cost effectivenessMinimum of 2-years relevant experienceClean driving licenceKey qualifications and Accreditation’s:
CSCS card, NVQ 3 or 4, First Aid, Manual Handling, SMSTSMinimum of 5 years relevant experiencePLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE RECENT HIGHWAY EXPERIENCE (2-3 YEARS)
