Infrastructure Manager – London Depots (Selhurst)
Lead the infrastructure behind one of the UK’s busiest rail networks
At GTR, our Engineering teams keep millions of passengers moving every day. Our depots are at the heart of this operation, and we’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead the delivery, maintenance and development of infrastructure, facilities and plant at our Selhurst Depot.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll ensure depot infrastructure is safe, compliant and performing at its best—supporting reliable fleet operations across one of the UK’s largest train operators.
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day infrastructure and facilities operations across the depot
Manage Team Leaders, infrastructure teams and specialist contractors
Ensure full compliance with legislation, safety standards and company policies
Deliver infrastructure maintenance plans through the Infrastructure Asset Maintenance system
Identify, procure and manage third-party maintenance contracts
Work closely with engineering and operational stakeholders to support safe and efficient depot performance
What You’ll Bring
Chartered status in a relevant discipline (Building, Facilities Management or similar)
Rail industry experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience within infrastructure, maintenance or facilities management
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
A strong safety-first mindset (formal safety qualification desirable)
