Senior Planning & Compliance Enforcement Officer

Overview

Our client is a Local Authority in Hampshire offering a 12 month maternity cover contract in their Planning Enforcement team.

Responsibilities

The main purpose of the role as a Senior Planning & Compliance Enforcement Officer is to support the delivery of an effective compliance and enforcement service covering all types of unauthorised developments relating to the Planning. Specifically, you will take the lead on more complex compliance and enforcement investigations.

Qualifications

You will need to have a strong track record in Local Authority planning and an excellent knowledge of UK planning legislation.

Terms

The rate is £49/hr (umbrella). You will need to be on site / in the office 3 days per week; the other 2 you can work remotely.
