Overview
Our client is a small, expert private cost consultancy based in Central London. Still in their relative infancy, their personnel track record is steadfast, having delivered a wide range of projects in the hotel, PBSA, and residential sectors, as well as commercial offices, data centres, industrial, and high-end leisure projects throughout the UK South / London area.
In a supportive environment, they are seeking a competent project / intermediate level Quantity Surveyor who is preferably at APC stage, to join them on their journey. The role includes a full suite of pre and post contract administration and, in due course, some employers agent duties, supporting several projects (JCT) and taking more responsibility as confidence grows.
From a standing start, you will require cost planning and sound measurement skills and a solid ability to put together tender and contract documents.

Qualifications
- BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited) degree
- Minimum 18 months to 2 years PQS experience, UK-specific
- Currently employed by a UK-based PQS
- UK work eligibility (no visa sponsorship)
- Personable, bright, articulate and presentable; able to assist in day-to-day client management and manage client expectations
- Competent Excel skills for analysis, comparisons, benchmark data, data management and presenting
