Overview

Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the publishing process for knowledge assets, ensuring compliance with confidentiality, privacy, and intellectual property policies.
  • Review documents to disguise client names and meet client confidentiality agreements.
  • Organize and tag content to facilitate search within Deloitte’s global knowledge management system.
  • Redact titles, descriptions, and abstracts in Japanese and English to provide an overview of documents shared on the global knowledge management system.
  • Communicate with content contributors to obtain needed information.
  • Encourage and engage professionals to share the newest content to be represented within the global knowledge management system.
  • Work effectively in diverse teams, across different time-zones, and within an inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with document editing and redacting, or data masking will be an advantage.
  • Native or near-native level of English written and spoken (C2 or equivalent level minimum).
  • Fluent in Japanese written and spoken (C1 or equivalent level minimum).
  • Highly responsive with demonstrated ability to take initiative.
  • Attentive to detail and diligent.
  • Ability to work across cultures and time-zones in a virtual environment.
  • Ability to act with a sense of urgency and deliver under tight deadlines.
