Rate: £200 – £300 per day (DOE)

Duration: Min 3 months

Hours: 40 per week

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading infrastructure contractor working on civils and highways projects in the South West. This is a great opportunity to work on a major project, supporting the commercial team and ensuring strong cost control and contract management throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing commercial aspects of projects or project sections
• Subcontract procurement and tender evaluation
• Cost control, valuations, and reporting (CVRs)
• Managing change control and compensation events
• Supporting cash flow through timely invoicing and payments
• Working closely with delivery teams to ensure project success

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civils / infrastructure
• NEC contract experience essentialStrong understanding of change managementExperience in highways or large infrastructure projectsCSCS card required

This role offers a strong day rate and the opportunity to work with a well-established contractor on key infrastructure projects.
