Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sustainability Consultant with a focus on LEED to join a fantastic growing team in London. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sustainability consulting, specifically within delivering LEED frameworks for projects. Candidates with 4 or more years of experience will be considered for a Senior Consultant position.
Key Responsibilities:– Lead and manage LEED certification projects from inception to completion.– Collaborate closely with internal team members to integrate sustainable design principles into projects.– Provide expert advice on sustainability standards including BREEAM, Fitwel, SKA, and WELL.– Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry best practices.– Develop and deliver sustainability strategies to clients, enhancing environmental performance and achieving certification goals.
Qualifications and Skills:– Proven experience in sustainability consulting with a strong focus on LEED.– Familiarity with other sustainability standards such as BREEAM, Fitwel, SKA, and WELL.– Excellent project management and organizational skills.– Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
