New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading financial services / lending software provider in its search for a Software Sales Account Executive.
Salary £80,000 – £120,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, London / Home Counties (Remote).
The Role
This is a high-impact new business role within a rapidly scaling fintech platform focused on asset finance and lending markets.
You will be responsible for driving net-new client acquisition, building pipeline from the ground up and delivering complex, consultative sales into asset finance and financial services organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure
- Generate pipeline through outbound activity, networking and targeted campaigns
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to senior decision-makers
- Engage with asset finance and financial services organisations across the UK
- Achieve and exceed new business revenue targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline (Salesforce)
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support deal execution
Candidate Profile
- Proven hunter profile with a strong track record of new business generation
- Experience in SaaS/software sales OR traditional asset finance / leasing sales
- Demonstrated success in complex, consultative sales environments
- Strong pipeline creation and deal-closing capability
- Confident engaging C-level stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven and target-focused
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC) beneficial
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
