Quantity Surveyor

Working across a mix of fast‑paced retail frameworks and standalone commercial developments, the successful Quantity Surveyor will manage projects from feasibility through to final account. This role offers real variety and the chance to work directly with clients, alongside a close‑knit team that values collaboration and long‑term development.

Role & Responsibilities

• Delivering full pre‑ and post‑contract Quantity Surveying services
• Preparing cost estimates, procurement strategies, tender documents and contract documentation
• Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Leading client and contractor meetings
• Supporting junior team members where appropriate

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction field
• Ideally working towards MRICS, with structured APC support available
• 3+ years’ experience in a UK consultancy or client‑side role
• Proven experience within the retail and/or commercial sectors
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills
