Head of Pricing & Commercial Finance

My client is a large scale, global, business looking for a senior leader responsible for shaping pricing strategy, commercial governance, and financial performance. The successful candidate will partner closely with sales, operations, and finance to ensure bids, contracts, and service offerings are competitively priced, commercially sound, and aligned with long‑term business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy for new bids
• Develop pricing models and framework to drive commercial consistency
• Scenario modelling, risk assessment, and margin analysis.
• Drive improvement in pricing and commercial finance processes.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team, building capability in modelling, pricing analytics, and negotiation.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA (fully qualified)
• Strong background in commercial finance, pricing, or bid finance
