Data Analyst – P&G Team

We are looking for a driven and detail-focused Data Analyst to join our P&G team.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective and efficient reporting and analytical support to help achieve agreed customer objectives and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the P&G account.
• Work closely with key internal stakeholders, including National Field Managers, to deliver accurate insights, manage targets and incentives, and turn complex datasets into clear, actionable information.
• Produce and distribute weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders and the client, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Set and manage field targets, incentives and bonus payments in collaboration with National Field Managers.
• Validate data across multiple platforms, proactively identifying data integrity issues, inaccuracies and inconsistencies.
• Analyse large datasets, identifying and highlighting relevant insights and presenting findings in the required format.
• Support additional tasks, data exports and analytical projects as required.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Access or other database tools.
• Experience with data mining techniques and procedures.
• Ability to commute to Thame.
