A well-established group of fashion brands is looking for an energetic and detail-focused Assistant Account Coordinator to join their London team. This is a great opportunity to support the coordination of orders for key retail accounts, working across multiple departments to ensure smooth communication and timely deliveries. Key responsibilities
- Setting up customer buy sheets and collating data to support order creation
- Entering and updating order details in internal systems including SAP
- Reconciling purchase orders and managing sales orders through to warehouse release
- Coordinating with logistics to monitor deliveries and flag potential delays
- Refreshing stock reports and tracking sold-out styles for review
- Sending out and managing return of samples for customer meetings
- Running weekly critical path reports and supporting trading updates
- Liaising with finance to resolve any invoice queries
Person specification
- Previous experience in a similar role within retail or fashion
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise under pressure
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
- Quick learner with a desire to grow within a supportive team
