You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your role could be to help on the tills, advise our customers, or work in the back shop.
Responsibilities
- Help our customers and put them at ease: listen to find out more about them, answer questions, give great advice on our products, recommend items, or simply offer a basket.
- Get to know our in-store offers and schemes and promote them.
- Help our store run smoothly – ensuring we have the right products displayed on the shop floor, providing great service on the tills, or helping with stock.
- Work with other members of the team to provide a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
You will receive award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service. Whether it’s your first job or you have retail experience, working as a Customer Advisor offers a great opportunity to grow.

Shift Patterns
- Flexible to work a variety of shift patterns throughout the week, including evening and weekend shifts.
Remuneration
- Hourly rate: £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.
