Consultant Psychiatrist in Working Age Adults Inpatients

Main duties of the job
- As a clinical leader, you will be involved in shaping and developing the service as the Trust undertakes a new build project.
- In November 2024 Ward 35 will move to the Kingsway Site in Derby; the ward will be based in a new purpose‑built hospital and renamed Dove Ward.
- You will contribute to the Trust’s vision of improving health and wellbeing.

Qualifications
- MB/BS or equivalent medical qualification.
- Fully registered with GMC with licence.
- Approved clinician status.

Skills
- Excellent knowledge of the speciality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to meet duties under MHA and MCA.
- Ability to work in and lead a team.
- Experience in research and service provision.
