Quality Engineer Leeds £40-42K plus Bonus plus Benefits
Are you an experienced Quality Engineer with excellent knowledge of ISO/9001 looking for training and progression on a large manufacturing site? Working in a team of 5, you will be mainly focused on customer side quality work, but alongside quality you will also be trained on the environmental management side and ISO 14001 standards. This is a very varied position including 8D reports, conducting and actioning audit points, investigation and analysis work, as well as managing the environmental management system. My client is aligned with the automotive manufacturing sector but works to ISO/9001 so welcome applicants from all manufacturing backgrounds.
The Role
- Full time, permanent Quality Engineering role on a large manufacturing site.
- Customer focused quality role – problem solving and investigation work; 5Y, Fishbone, 8D ETC.
- Also managing environmental compliance issues.
The Person
- Academic/working background in manufacturing engineering.
- Experience in a quality engineer role working to ISO 9001 standards.
- Any knowledge of environmental compliance and ISO 14001 preferred.
