Trust Secretary and Head of Corporate Governance

The Trust is looking to appoint a Trust Secretary and Head of Corporate Governance to support and advise the Chief Executive as the Accountable Officer. The postholder will be a vital member of the senior team, reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive and jointly accountable to the Trust Chair and Chief Executive, with close liaison with the Board and Council of Governors.
The postholder will be responsible for Trust-wide corporate governance systems and processes, and will drive continuous improvement in good governance.
