Marketing Business Partner

Baringa’s Clients & Marketing team is looking for an experienced Marketing Business Partner to join them.

Job Purpose and Responsibilities

  • Drive the development, communication, and execution of capability‑led marketing plans that strengthen Baringa’s market position, support cross‑sector priorities, and generate commercial opportunities.
  • Embed success and results that support growth, manage business expectations, and drive engagement to support cross‑sell and organic promotion.

What you will be doing

  • Lead the planning and execution of capability marketing plans that align with firm‑wide strategy and support key sector priorities.
  • Partner closely with capability leaders, Sector Marketing BPs, and the wider brand and cross‑sector teams to ensure alignment in messaging, targeting, and execution.
  • Support firm‑wide campaigns such as Digital & AI, ensuring capability content, messaging, and assets are integrated effectively.
  • Build deep understanding of Baringa’s specialisms and translate them into compelling, differentiated narratives.
  • Deliver multichannel campaigns and events that showcase Baringa and scale across sectors.
  • Contribute to content planning, thought leadership development, and client‑centric storytelling.
  • Manage budgets and monitor campaign performance to demonstrate commercial impact.
  • Work across the C&M function to ensure alignment, consistency, and efficient ways of working.
  • Focus on harnessing CAP BU enthusiasm for marketing.

Your skills and experience

  • Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within consulting or capability‑structured organisations.
  • Proven ability to shape marketing strategies and deliver multichannel programmes.
  • Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly self‑sufficient, proactive, and able to work across multiple streams.
  • Degree‑level education or equivalent, and ideally CIM Diploma‑qualified or equivalent.
