About The Role

We are looking for a reliable and skilled operative to join our property maintenance team. You will carry out a range of maintenance tasks across our managed portfolio in Greater Manchester. PPE and all specialist tools are provided. A van and fuel card are included for site-to-site travel.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years trade experience




• UK driving licence




• Comfortable working independently




• Basic plumbing and carpentry skills
