The Role
As a mobile Commercial Gas engineer you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating plant and associated mechanical services including AHU,s, FCU,s, expansion vessels across various commercial buildings covering the South East between Uxbridge, Welwyn, Hemel Hempstead, Milton Keynes, Wallington, Crawley and Redhill.
You will be predominantly working on commercial heating plant although you will still be required to carry out general PPM’s.
The Person
It is essential that you are an experienced heating engineer, having worked in a commercial maintenance capacity and have current commercial gas tickets.
Salary
Salary £48k – £55k depending on experience, 30 minutes travel each way unpaid, but then any travel after that is paid, private use of van, 21 Days holiday plus Bank holidays, 3%/5% pension. Call out rota is 1 in 8 – Standby allowance is £150. 40 hour week. OT rates of x1.5 and x2
