Day to Day Work:

- nt
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors handling a private client caseload that includes wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs and trusts
- Producing letters and legal documents
- Answering telephone calls in a professional manner and providing reception cover when required
- Dealing with enquiries from clients and other legal professionals via email, fax, letter and in person
- Copying, scanning and faxing as required
- Opening, closing and archiving files
- AML and compliance
- Liaising with the accounts team re bank transfers, cheques etc
- Filing, diary management and other general administration work
