  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the development finance and bridging space.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, brokers and clients.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and conferences to promote brand visibility.
  • Track market trends to stay ahead of opportunities and challenges.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within development finance and/or bridging.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to assess project viability risk issues in differing deal profiles.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
