Senior Project Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a major defence programme based in Devonport.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring alignment with scope, cost and programme targets.
• Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams within a secure environment.
• Oversee project budgets, risk management and commercial performance.
• Coordinate engineering, planning and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure compliance with defence and nuclear regulatory standards and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager experience in the nuclear or defence sectors.
• Engineering background.
• Proven ability to manage complex programmes and lead multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Experience operating within secure, safety‑critical and highly regulated environments.
• British National status and active SC clearance.

Compensation

£80k salary, hybrid working (3 days per week onsite in Devonport).
