We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this key role, you’ll identify new business opportunities, develop lasting client relationships, and help shape the future of a £24m industry leader trusted by blue‑chip clients across the UK.

Qualifications

MSc Human Resource Management Graduate and BA Honours in Business Management. Associate CIPD.

What you’ll do

• Drive growth through new business and strategic partnerships
• Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver customer success
• Represent Pointer at events and industry forums

What you’ll bring

• 3–5 years’ experience in business development (fire & security preferred)
• Proven ability to generate and convert leads
