People systems, governance & coaching

  • Support our People Systems governance, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information

  • Coach store and Area leaders on Time & Attendance usage, highlighting common errors and improvements

Recruitment & store personnel administration

  • Support recruitment governance through accurate management of recruitment trackers
  • Provide administrative support for new and relocating stores, including vacancy setup, training coordination and core store documentation
  • Support seasonal and ad‑hoc recruitment campaigns as required

  • Respond to queries and escalate issues where appropriate

General administration & team support

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, ideally within a retail or field‑based environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with people or time & attendance systems (e.g. PeopleAdmin, MyTime or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • A solid understanding of handling sensitive information and GDPR requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

What you’re like

  • Highly organised and dependable
  • Comfortable working independently while supporting a wider team
  • Calm under pressure and confident handling competing priorities
  • Approachable and professional when working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Solution focused, with a desire to improve how things are done
  • A strong team player who takes pride in doing things accurately and well
