A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join its growing team.
The Role
You’ll handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant work, while supporting ongoing business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own commercial property caseload
- Negotiating leases and sale agreements
- Building client relationships and supporting team growth
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEx (2+ PQE preferred)
- Experience in commercial property transactions
- Strong communication, organisation and client care skills
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently and as part of a team
