Commercial Property Solicitor (1-5 PQE)

We’re working with a well-established regional firm looking to add a Commercial Property Solicitor to their team.

This is a role where you’ll run your own caseload but still have proper support around you. You’ll be working closely with an experienced Partner and part of a wider team that knows the work inside out.

The role

• Managing a range of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
• Work covering acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development work
• Advising clients on leases and broader property agreements
• Working with agents and other professionals to keep deals moving
• Building client relationships and getting involved in business development

What they’re looking for

• 1-5 years PQE in commercial property
• Comfortable managing your own caseload
• Strong understanding of commercial property transactions
• Organised, reliable and able to manage deadlines
