To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Area Specification Manager
Commercial – South East
in fulltime and unlimited for the South East region.
- Technical and commercial consulting of architects, focusing on the Fermacell range and supporting contractors through the building process in the dry lining / timber frame sector
- Collaborating with other UK Teams and promotion the full JH range including Hardie Façade.
- Processing and preparation of specifications, detailed technical solutions, etc.
- Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships and growing the project pipeline.
- Active customer advice and support in all key matters, as well as instruction and verification of the work of processors
- Participation in regional and national construction and trade fairs
- Acquisition of new customers (search and evaluation of potential objects), competition monitoring (incl. market analyses and observations) and trend analyses
You are…
- smart? You have completed a technical/engineering degree or comparable training with several years of professional experience as well as sound knowledge in the field of building materials (drywall or facade).
- driven? Standing still is a foreign word for you. Your high level of self-motivation and get-things-done mentality drives you, because you not only want to achieve your goals, but exceed them. You’ve got a highly motivated mindset as well as the ability to set the right priorities quickly – and also adjust them. You enjoy working in a team and are willing to travel.
- real? You have strong interpersonal communication skills as well as good presentation skills. Commitment to the corporate culture, vision, mission and values are natural for you.
