Commercial Property Solicitor – Cambridge
A solicitors’ firm based in central Cambridge is looking to recruit an additional commercial property expert to their thriving and growing team.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with upwards of 1 year PQE in commercial property work.
Key responsibilities: The team deals with a wide range of matters including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant work (leases and licences) and property finance transactions.
