Salary: £24,545 per annum to £28,879 per annum (Regional salary) depending on experience

An exciting opportunity to join our Housing Management Team as a Scheme Manager to support older people to live independently in their homes.

Your impact in the role
- Provide frontline housing management services to ensure the scheme is fully compliant.
- Proactively engage with residents, visitors, and contractors to maintain positive communication channels, enhance resident wellbeing, identify support needs, and work with partner agencies to achieve appropriate outcomes.
- Encourage and support residents to create a supportive environment for themselves, friends, and other groups, embracing technology-assisted processes to enhance the Independent Living offer.
What you’ll bring
- Relevant practical experience in housing management or a customer-focused role, with knowledge of service delivery, health and safety and benefits of assisted technology.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to identify needs and provide support and guidance.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to identify problems and proactively find solutions.
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft applications, with the ability to collate, analyse and present data.
Requirements
- A Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate is required to work within the team.
