Clinical Deputy Manager (Nurse Qualified)

Full Time, 40 hours per week, days shift. Salary £55,000 per annum.
Marine View Lodge Care Home is a modern, purpose built 80 bed care home in New Brighton, Merseyside, providing residential, nursing, dementia and respite care in a warm and compassionate environment. Residents deserve safety, clinical excellence, dignity, comfort and genuine human connection.
What You’ll Be Trusted To Do
Lead the nursing team, supporting and developing staff; oversee care planning and clinical governance; ensure safe delivery of complex care and maintain the home inspection‑ready; balance hands‑on nursing with protected supernumerary hours and on‑call rota. Provide clinical anchoring, improve practice, manage clinical standards, support the Home Manager, keep the service compliant with the Care Quality Commission and continuously improve the care offered.

Who This Role Will Suit
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with experience in elderly care, a genuine passion for leading others; confidence in high clinical standards, complex care, mentoring and developing the team; calm leadership, sound clinical judgement, trust building with residents, families, colleagues; deep care for profession, team and residents.
