Commercial Manager – Wireless Division (UK)

Drive Commercial Performance Across Critical Wireless Infrastructure Projects
Circet UK is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our Wireless Division, supporting the delivery of telecom infrastructure maintenance and upgrade programmes across the UK.
This is a key leadership role responsible for managing commercial performance across wireless contracts, including mast upgrades, RAN deployments, and associated civils and cabling activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and support the commercial team within the Wireless Division
- Oversee commercial performance across telecom infrastructure maintenance and upgrade contracts
- Implement robust commercial reporting systems and procedures
- Manage cost control, forecasting, and financial performance of projects
- Drive effective management of variations (EWN/CE processes) and ensure timely recovery
- Support pre-contract activities including pricing, tender submissions, and risk analysis
- Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial risks across all projects
- Ensure contractual compliance and alignment with client frameworks
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to maximise contract value and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor role within telecoms
- Strong knowledge of wireless infrastructure projects (e.g. RAN, towers, upgrades, maintenance)
- Experience with civils, cabling, and telecom infrastructure contracts
- Solid understanding of NEC, JCT, ICE & bespoke contracts
- Knowledge and understanding of commercial construction law
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with excellent analytical skills
- Confident leadership and team development capability
