Key Responsibilities
- Lead the UK Long-Term Care strategy, driving market expansion and revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales and margin targets
- Manage and grow key accounts across healthcare settings, building long-term partnerships
- Drive B2B sales activity through both direct engagement and distributor networks
- Identify and deliver cross-selling opportunities across the product portfolio
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximise commercial outcomes
- Deliver against KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Proven B2B Key Account Management experience within the healthcare industry (essential)
- Strong track record of driving sales growth and managing strategic healthcare accounts
- Experience working with or managing distributor networks (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Ability to influence stakeholders across clinical, procurement, and commercial functions
