Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support mental health teams in home settings, making critical care decisions.
• Assess, plan, and deliver person‑centered interventions for complex needs such as challenging behaviors.
• Advocate for clients, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• RMN with current NMC registration; 2+ years experience as a nurse in the UK.
• Proven team leadership in mental health; PMVA training required.
• Strong communication, empathy under pressure, and flexibility for varied shifts.
