Commercial Manager – Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial management of planned maintenance and refurbishment contracts.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure project profitability.
  • Manage contract negotiations, variations, and risk across multiple schemes.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations.

Commercial Manager – Requirements

  • Proven experience in a commercial management role within planned maintenance or refurbishment projects.
  • Strong knowledge of cost management, contract law, and financial processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
