Commercial Manager – Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial management of planned maintenance and refurbishment contracts.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure project profitability.
- Manage contract negotiations, variations, and risk across multiple schemes.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations.
Commercial Manager – Requirements
- Proven experience in a commercial management role within planned maintenance or refurbishment projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost management, contract law, and financial processes.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field.
