What you’ll be doing
- Line‑manage any assigned staff, including Property Managers, Property Coordinators, and on‑site staff
- Respond to incoming client and resident enquiries quickly, ensuring regular feedback of outstanding issues
- Manage health, safety and compliance, conduct regular site inspections
- Oversee contractors to deliver high‑quality service that represents value for money at our developments
- Set accurate budgets for the developments in your portfolio
- Attend resident meetings on site, sometimes outside office hours, to suit client needs
- Take ownership of client‑relationship management on each of the sites within the portfolio
- Deliver excellent customer service through professionalism and strong technical knowledge
- Act as a contact point for property managers in the team to help with complex property issues
- Participate actively in department projects and contribute to business improvements
- Deliver training sessions to the team
- Contribute to the strategic delivery targets for the business
- Respond to all enquiries in line with the Centrick Customer Service Charter
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the department in line with Director guidance
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings, providing suggestions for improvements
What you need to succeed
- Ability to proactively manage sites, spot issues and resolve them
- Ability to delegate effectively and coach team members to achieve their goals
- Proficient IT user, able to use MS packages and a range of internal systems
- Experience in a similar role (essential)
- ATPI/MTPI qualification (essential)
- Experience in block management across complex sites
