Duties
- Manage workshop workflow, ensuring efficient scheduling and operating procedures
- Oversee the quality of repairs and maintenance work performedli>
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Technicians to meet and exceed productivity targets
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain high standards of workshop organisation, safety, and vehicle safety standards as part of the Commercial Workshop Manager responsibilities
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of commercial vehicle repair and maintenance
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, ATA, or IRTEC (desirable)
- Bodyshop experience is preferred but not essential for the Commercial Workshop Manager position
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong organisational, communication, and time-management abilities
- Commitment to delivering high standards in repair quality and customer service
