Car Park Supervisor

Job Overview: Car Park Supervisor at Belfast City Airport.

We’re looking for a Car Park Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards while meeting SLA agreements and managing the airport’s car park. This is a permanent, full‑time role with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at a pay rate of £35,000 per annum, located at Belfast City Airport.

Main Duties

• Manage the car park team to ensure the smooth running of the car parks and pay stations
• Finance responsibilities for all machines and payments
• Ensure the team follows health and safety procedures
• Manage the courtesy bus service
• Handle any issues raised professionally
• Manage the IT systems and portals that manage the car park automated systems

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and car park experience
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and to a schedule
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to service excellence
• Willingness to support continuous improvement in service delivery
