Role Overview
We are seeking registered mental health practitioners, including qualified social workers, mental health nurses, or occupational therapists, to deliver outstanding support to service users across Hyndburn and Rossendale.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and review care needs of service users.
- Conduct risk assessments and risk management.
- Explore how health and social factors influence mental health and overall well‑being.
- Visit service users in their homes and work from our base at The Mount in Accrington.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team while also working autonomously.
Qualifications
Required: Registered mental health practitioner licence.
Preferred: Experience in community mental health settings; knowledge of local services.
