Overview

Senior Commercial Manager – Hybrid (on site 3 days a week) for a leading Facilities Management (FM) company, representing the best talent in FM, FS, Construction and Distribution. Role focuses on commercial management for a major MOD PFI contract running to 2041, providing commercial guidance, managing change and risk, with emphasis on FM services rather than construction.

About the Role

This is a people-focused role requiring strong relationship-building, PFI or FM contract experience, and a solid understanding of FM processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial policy, governance, and process improvements.
• Manage change requests, assess risks, and support pricing strategy.
• Provide commercial advice across the business and lead stakeholder negotiations.
• Ensure contract compliance and embed commercial awareness across teams.

Requirements

• Strong commercial and risk management skills, with a focus on people and process.
• Experience managing or mentoring small teams; FM knowledge essential.
• Educated to degree level in Business, Law, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar.
