We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Kier M&E team based in London.

Location: Wandsworth, London

Hours: 42.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in managing resources across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring safe, compliant, and profitable delivery. You’ll have responsibility for people, finances, and physical assets while maximising opportunities and managing risk. Working within a collaborative environment, you’ll lead your team to deliver excellent results that exceed customer expectations.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Leading and managing project teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Overseeing design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
  • Implementing risk management strategies and ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental policies
  • Monitoring project performance and providing regular, accurate reports to stakeholders

What are we looking for?

  • You hold a degree or HND/HNC in Construction and possess SMSTS/CSCS certification
  • You have a clear understanding of main contract forms (JCT, NEC)
  • You have technical knowledge of MEPH services and experience managing teams to achieve multiple objectives
  • You’re proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work independently while seeking guidance when needed
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
