The role

• Managing the full recruitment cycle – 360 role
• Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships
• Matching healthcare professionals with suitable roles
• Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs
• Driving revenue and achieving targets

• Previous recruitment or sales experience (essential)
• Healthcare recruitment experience (desirable)
• Highly driven, ambitious, and target‑focused
• Strong work ethic and resilience

• Excellent communication skills
