SALARY: up to £35,000 basic salary + generous commission structure

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Engineering & Operations division, where you’ll play a key role in building strong relationships, delivering results, and driving business growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Hitting personal sales targets while developing a strong network and talent pool within Engineering & Operations.
• Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates in your specialist area.
• Managing the full recruitment process – from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement.
• Delivering best-in-class customer service to ensure repeat business.
• Regularly marketing candidates and services to prospective clients.
• Maintaining accurate records on our CRM and tracking KPI performance.

What you’ll bring

• Experience working with people – recruitment or sales experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A proactive, ambitious, and resilient attitude.
• Strong customer service focus and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use.
