Recruitment Consultant – Education, Secondary Desk

£30,000 – £40,000 + Uncapped Commission

Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham

Join our growing Secondary Team to support mainstream secondary schools across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with secondary schools across Birmingham.
• Manage a busy desk covering both temporary supply and permanent recruitment.
• Source, interview, and place high‑quality teaching and support staff.
• Develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Deliver a high standard of service to both candidates and schools.
• Ensure compliance and safeguarding standards are consistently met.

• Experienced Recruitment Consultant (education experience desirable but not essential).
• Motivated, target‑driven individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator who can build lasting relationships.
