PROJECT MANAGMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Possess a recognized degree in Engineering with at least ten years of post-graduation relevant experience and of which at least 5 years as a Project Manager in building projects.

• Lead the Project Team.

• Manage the budget and cash flow of the project.

• Ensure the quality of all works to reach the desired CONQUAS score.

• Ensure workplace safety, health and environment.

• Lead the project team in various tender and project management activities.

• Perform project, workforce and material planning.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, sub-contractors and other stakeholders.
