Customer Operations Manager (Argyll & Port Ellen)
Salary starting from £45,888 plus potential 10% bonus, 25 days annual leave and generous pension. Full time Permanent. Glasgow Mail Centre, Glasgow, G21 1AA.
This role is responsible for overseeing all delivery offices across Argyll & the Islands. You will need to travel throughout the region as required, with transport and flights funded by the business, to ensure operational stability.

The Role
Full accountability for the delivery teams. You will manage supervisors and front‑line colleagues, ensuring the smooth running of all deliveries and providing excellent service at the doorstep. You will promote inclusivity, lead by example, support people management and resource planning, and partner with trade unions to drive performance improvement.
Shift Pattern
5 days between Monday to Saturday, 41 hours per week. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the area’s operation.
