You’ll Be Responsible For

• Applying deep knowledge of local health and safety regulations to safeguard people and projects.
• Championing diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing, creating a supportive environment for all team members.
• Driving client success by managing key assignments, setting strategic direction, and aligning delivery with Mace’s vision.
• Strengthening planning performance by ensuring projects and tenders are effectively scheduled, monitored, and delivered.

• Taking ownership for positive impact – holding yourself and others accountable to Mace’s values and commitments.
• Creating opportunity by fostering collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and innovation across teams, clients, and stakeholders.

You’ll Need To Have

• Onsite infrastructure construction delivery experience.
• Working knowledge of Oracle P6.
• Working knowledge of XER Toolkit.
• Experience using Last Planner techniques.Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
