Overview
We are working with a high‑performing and growing Syndicate who are seeking a Reserving Actuary or Senior Reserving Analyst to join their team in London. The role reports into the Head of Reserving and will have exposure to the Chief Actuary and other Head of Function Actuaries. This role has clear progression to management which makes it well suited to someone looking for a step up in responsibility with clear ownership over their work, and a plan for progression.
Responsibilities
The work will be a mixture of BAU Lloyd’s reserving work along with projects such as process transformation, portfolio performance analysis, and the annual function report.
Qualifications
Our client are seeking someone with 3+ years of reserving experience within a Syndicate or Lloyd’s environment, either nearly/newly qualified or an exam stopper. Communication skills, self‑motivation, and an understanding of reserving and reporting techniques are all required.
Requirements
This role will require you to be in the office 3 days a week and our client can only consider UK‑based individuals with full working rights.
