Marketing, Events and Communications Manager
Orbital South Colleges is seeking an ambitious and creative Marketing, Events and Communications Manager to lead and deliver dynamic, multi‑channel campaigns that drive recruitment, engagement and brand reputation across East Surrey College and John Ruskin College.
- Location: Croydon, Greater London
- Salary: £49,792.38 – £51,277.51 per year (subject to qualifications, skills and experience)
- Contract: Permanent, full‑time
- Closing date: 04/05/2026
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver dynamic, multi‑channel marketing and communications campaigns across both campuses
- Drive digital performance using insight and creativity to boost engagement and conversions
- Shape impactful employer events to strengthen relationships and elevate the College brand
- Inspire the next generation of students, engage adult learners and strengthen employer partnerships
- Use external suppliers for advertising, design and specialist skills
Qualifications
- Excellent use of the English language in both verbal and written communication
- Experience of content and campaign planning using a variety of media
- Line management experience
- Experience of using external suppliers for advertising, design and specialist skills
- Academic and/or professional qualification to degree level or equivalent experience
- Professional qualification (e.g. CIM) in Marketing is desirable
- Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent
